Payments are due on the 15th of each month.

Bills are sent out the last day of each month. Payments are due on the 15th of each month.

Please call our office at 843-726-7501 to let us know you are moving. We will get a final meter reading and send you a final bill.

In order to start a service, you must fill out a water/sewer application. You can get an application online at www.ridgelandsc.gov or at our office located at One Town Square, Ridgeland, SC.

We also require a $125.00 deposit along with a copy of a photo ID.

Deposits are applied to your final bill.

Payments can be made with cash, check, money order or debit/credit cards. There is an additional $1.00 fee for payments made with a debit/credit card. (We don’t accept American Express) At this time, we are not taking online payments.

If your service is disconnected for non-payment, a $30.00 disconnect fee will be added to your account.

A $30.00 charge will be added to your account for any returned checks. Returned checks must be redeemed by cash payment.

Penalty

If payments aren’t received by the 15th of each month, a $10.00 penalty is added to your account.
